Karlova is the name of a street in Prague's Old Town . The street winds between Malý and Křižovnické náměstí. It is led in an east-west direction. From the east, it is connected to it from the left by Jilská , Jalovcová , Husova , Liliová and Smetanovo nábřeží streets. From the right, then Husova, Seminářská and Křižovnická. At Křižovnické náměstí, it continues across the Charles Bridge to Malá Strana to Mostecká; Staroměstské náměstí continues to Malé náměstí.
Karlova Street is intended for pedestrians only. It is named after Karl IV. It is part of the so-called Royal Road.
